The company owns the projects. Each loan is than formalized through individual private contracts, with clear clauses, guaranteeing transparency and asset support. Our proposal is distinguished by its exclusivity and private structure, unlike massive crowdlending platforms.

Each investor expressing interest in investing in a project must provide the following information after receiving the confirmation Email from B&M4IMMOS S.A.S. :

1. Updated criminal record issued by the corresponding legal entity in your country.

2. Bank certification of the investor as the account holder and the confirmation that the source of the funds is free of money laundering.

3. Photocopy of both sides of your National Identity Document (DNI 150).

4. A photo of you holding your National Identity Document in a visible location.

Note: Please note that B&M4IMMOS S.A.S. will review and investigate these documents (we reserve the right to refuse the subscription). Once the process is complete, the documentation will be uploaded to our database for full approval.

Please note that this information may be shared with judicial or police authorities if required for investigation.

Once your information is approved, a notification will be sent to your email-address indicating that you are ready to invest the desired capital.

At B&M4IMMOS S.A.S. we believe in transparency and trust as the foundation of our strategic alliances. Therefore, our investors have a continuous monitoring system for the progress of their investments, designed to provide clear, up-to-date, and accessible information at all times.

The real estate project provides its progress while it is under development:

Among others: the construction status, Availability of rental units, Photos and updates of the construction site.

Our team synthesizes, validates, and publishes this information on each investor's private dashboard, allowing them to view it easily and in an organized manner from the beginning of their investment period.

When you invest with B&M4IMMOS S.A.S. Your capital is allocated directly to the real estate project you choose. The developer uses these funds to build, remodel, or rent out the property, generating a steady cash flow.

To ensure complete transparency, the developer provides reports detailing the project's progress throughout its development: construction updates, rental status, and cash flow performance, as well as project photos whenever possible. B&M4IMMOS S.A.S. Reviews and summarizes these reports and publishes them on your private online dashboard, so you, as an investor, can easily monitor the performance of your investment from day one.

You receive a fixed return according to your agreed and notarized private loan contract. At the end of the contract, your initial capital will be returned, according to the legal guarantees agreed by the parties.

We cover the notarization costs as part of our commitment to a relationship of mutual support and transparency.
